When ordering VIP Raw Hair Custom Units hair will come curled or straighten, due to units being packaged curls and straightness will not be 100% intact. Units will be S-XL head size. Please allow 7-12 days for custom units.

VIP Virgin Hair Wigs will be shipped as is but may be ordered pre-styled by request only via email.

VIP Fitness items cannot be returned or refunded!
